Patent Litigation Associate — Intellectual Property (Junior to Mid-level)

A leading US technology and life‑sciences law firm is seeking junior to mid‑level patent litigation associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice. The team handles district court litigation and parallel post‑grant proceedings for a broad range of clients, from startups to established technology and life‑sciences companies.

Openings are available across multiple U.S. offices including Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle and New York. The role offers hands‑on litigation exposure, work on complex patent disputes, and collaboration with attorneys who combine technical depth with practical commercial awareness.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates should be prepared to submit a writing sample and supporting application materials; bar admission or eligibility to sit/waive into the applicable state bar is required.

• 1–6 years of patent litigation experience (federal court and/or PTAB experience desirable)
• Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Technical or scientific background (preferred but not required)
• Barred in, or eligible to sit/waive into, the state where the chosen office is located
