A national full-service law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Associate to join its Patent Litigation team in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on complex patent disputes handled on behalf of technology companies, manufacturers and other commercial clients.

The team handles both offensive and defensive patent matters, including district court litigation and related proceedings, and works across technical industries such as software, telecommunications, hardware and manufacturing. Successful candidates will work on fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice and trial preparation alongside experienced IP litigators.

Junior to Mid-level associate with patent litigation experience (law firm litigation background preferred)
Familiarity with claim construction, Markman briefing, discovery and motion practice
Comfort working on technologically complex matters; advanced STEM/engineering background is a plus
Strong writing, advocacy and project-management skills; ability to work collaboratively on team matters
Active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in California
