Patent Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join a national firm's patent litigation team in San Francisco. The role focuses on patent disputes across technologies and industries, supporting both offensive and defensive litigation strategies against competitors and non-practicing entities.

Candidates will work on all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, claim construction, motion practice, and trial preparation, and will collaborate with technically trained colleagues to learn case-specific technology quickly. The group is routinely recognized in leading legal directories for its IP litigation work.

• Junior to mid-level associate with patent litigation experience
• Active California bar admission (or eligibility) and strong academic credentials
• Comfort working on claim construction, motion practice, discovery and trial preparation
• Technical background (engineering or sciences) or experience working with technical experts preferred
