Intellectual Property Litigation (Patent) Associate — Dallas

An established Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is seeking talented patent litigation associates to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for junior- to mid-level lawyers looking to build a sophisticated patent litigation practice.

The role involves handling patent disputes before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The team is known for its depth in patent litigation and offers genuine responsibility in complex, high-stakes matters.

• Junior- to mid-level litigation experience, preferably focused on patent disputes
• Experience before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or an equivalent technical field strongly preferred
• An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
• Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required
