Leading national law firm seeks a Junior to Mid‑Level Patent Litigation Associate to join a busy intellectual property litigation team in Washington. The role involves supporting complex district‑court and patent‑related matters for clients across technology, telecommunications, software, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

The team handles both offensive and defensive patent litigation, including disputes with competitors and cases involving non‑practicing entities. You will work alongside experienced litigators and technology‑trained lawyers, contributing to motion practice, discovery, claim construction, infringement and invalidity analyses, and trial preparation.

Junior to mid‑level litigation experience with a focus on patent matters (district court, IPRs or similar proceedings preferred).
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Comfort with technical subject matter; candidates with advanced degrees or coursework in engineering/science a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, prepare briefs, and support depositions and trial preparation in complex IP matters.
