Patent Litigation Partner — Washington, DC

Senior litigation partner role for an established US firm’s Washington, DC office, focused on life‑sciences and technology patent disputes. The position will handle Hatch‑Waxman matters, patent infringement cases, trade‑secret litigation and selected technology disputes (including semiconductor matters).

Ideal for a partner with an active life‑sciences and technology litigation practice who can work with pharmaceutical, biosimilars and Asia‑linked technology clients. The team prioritizes branded‑side work; experience or interest on the generic side is not a fit.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman and trade‑secret matters
• Demonstrable client relationships and business development in life sciences, pharma or biosimilars
• Experience with technology disputes, preferably including semiconductor work and cross‑border matters involving China/Taiwan
