Energy Of Counsel/Associate — Power Purchase Agreements & Off-Take

Our corporate practice group has an immediate opening for an attorney experienced in offtake arrangements and power purchase agreements (PPAs). The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on PPAs and related energy contracts, working closely with clients across the energy and project finance landscape.

This is a multi-office opportunity: candidates may be based in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., or Chicago. The position sits within a dynamic corporate team supporting complex energy transactions.

The firm is seeking a commercially minded lawyer who can manage negotiations independently and collaborate effectively across offices.

• 3+ years of experience with offtake arrangements and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for PPA and related agreements
• Experience advising clients on energy contracts and project finance matters
• Ability to be based in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., or Chicago
