Apply in confidence →We are seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to join a major US office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence and other legal technologies into lawyers' workflows by designing solutions, piloting tools, and supporting firm users through an internal "AI as a Service" program.
The attorney will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to identify high‑value use cases, build and operationalize AI workflows and playbooks, deliver training, and provide hands‑on technical support to drive adoption and measurable efficiency gains.
This is a collaborative, client‑service oriented role that requires translating emerging technology capabilities into practical legal workflows, curating best practices, and contributing to firm‑wide innovation initiatives, including occasional support with international teams.
- JD required.
- Approximately 2 years of legal or legal-technology experience (practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist).
- Demonstrable fluency with legal technology and AI (including GenAI/LLMs and automation) and experience building or implementing technology solutions.
- Strong communication, training, and user‑enablement skills; experience driving adoption across attorney teams.
- Collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide responsive technical support.
