Join a leading global law firm’s innovation team to help attorneys integrate artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies into legal practice. This role combines solution development, training, and hands‑on support to increase efficiency, consistency, and client service quality.

You will partner with practice groups and cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value use cases, design and pilot tailored AI workflows and tools, and drive firmwide adoption through teaching, documentation, and responsive technical support. The position is hybrid and based in a U.S. office.

J.D. required; 2 years post‑qualification legal, research, or legal technology experience.
Practical fluency with AI/GenAI, automation, and other advanced legal technologies; experience building or implementing tech solutions preferred.
Strong communication and training skills; proven ability to drive user adoption and provide hands‑on support.
Ability to collaborate across practice groups, manage multiple priorities, and use data to inform improvements.
