Apply in confidence →Join a major international law practice innovation team as a Practice Innovation Attorney focused on bringing AI and other emerging technologies into legal workflows. The role centers on designing and piloting AI-driven tools, building tailored workflows and playbooks, and supporting attorney adoption through training and hands-on technical assistance.
You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to identify high‑value use cases, implement solutions that improve efficiency and consistency, and manage the firm’s internal “AI as a Service” support for attorneys and business teams. The position includes responsibility for evaluating new tools, monitoring trends, and translating usage data into training and improvement opportunities.
This is a hybrid, Silicon Valley–based role that will occasionally support global initiatives and may require flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
- J.D. required; 2 years post‑qualification experience in a legal environment (practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist).
- Demonstrable fluency with legal technologies, especially AI/GenAI, large language models, automation and research platforms.
- Experience designing or implementing technology solutions or workflows that increase legal team efficiency.
- Strong communication, training/facilitation skills, and a user‑focused approach to drive adoption.
- Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups, manage multiple priorities, and use data to inform decisions.
