The Practice Innovation Attorney will help integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging legal technologies into firm workflows, pilot solutions, and support adoption across practice groups and business teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, delivering training and hands-on "AI as a Service" support, curating best-practice resources, and using usage data to drive continuous improvement. The role partners with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical capability into practical, compliant solutions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a legal environment as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist.
- Demonstrable fluency with legal technology and AI (including generative models/LLMs and automation) and experience developing or implementing technology solutions.
- Strong communication, training/facilitation skills, and a collaborative service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, data-informed, and able to provide responsive hands-on user support.
