Small team role for an attorney-focused innovation group based in Washington, DC. The Practice Innovation Attorney will help integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging legal technologies into firm workflows, pilot solutions, and support adoption across practice groups and business teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, delivering training and hands-on "AI as a Service" support, curating best-practice resources, and using usage data to drive continuous improvement. The role partners with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical capability into practical, compliant solutions.

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
At least 2 years’ experience in a legal environment as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist.
Demonstrable fluency with legal technology and AI (including generative models/LLMs and automation) and experience developing or implementing technology solutions.
Strong communication, training/facilitation skills, and a collaborative service-oriented mindset.
Highly organized, data-informed, and able to provide responsive hands-on user support.
