Private Companies Attorney — Corporate (Emerging Growth & M&A)

Growing national private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to advise emerging and growth-stage technology companies and their investors. The role centers on venture-backed company work across the growth lifecycle, including VC financings and liquidity transactions.

Successful candidates will join a cross-office national platform, have opportunities to run client matters, build a niche practice and contribute to thought leadership and speaking engagements.

• 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience, with significant work for early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Substantial experience on venture capital financings and company-side liquidity events
• Background in a national or international law firm corporate department
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and client-counseling skills
