Private Companies Attorney — Corporate, Los Angeles

Growing corporate team seeks a 4th–6th year associate to advise emerging and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture capital financings, liquidity events and general corporate work across the company lifecycle.

Successful candidates will join a busy, market-facing private companies practice with opportunities to build a book of work, participate in speaking and thought-leadership, and contribute to the firm’s private companies platform.

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience with substantial experience representing early- and growth-stage companies
• Track record on venture financings, liquidity events and general corporate transactions
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
