Private Companies Attorney — Corporate

Growing national private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates with substantial experience advising venture-backed and high-growth companies and their investors. The role focuses on general corporate matters across the company lifecycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join an established national platform, have opportunities to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to firm-wide knowledge-sharing and business development initiatives.

• 3–6 years of corporate experience, with substantial work for early-stage and growth-stage companies
