An elite national corporate practice is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to join its private companies team, advising disruptive, venture-backed companies and the investors who fund them. The group works across the full growth cycle — from formation and early financings through later-stage venture rounds and liquidity events.

This is a chance to join a growing national platform serving prominent high-growth companies and their investors. Alongside core client work, associates are encouraged to help build and run their own practice, take part in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the national private companies offering.

The role is open across multiple offices in the United States.

At least three years of substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies
Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
3–6 years of relevant practice (PQE)
