Private Equity Associate — Boston

An elite corporate practice is seeking a private equity associate to join its Boston team. The role sits within a market-leading private equity group and offers exposure to sophisticated sponsor-side and M&A transactions.

The associate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on the full deal lifecycle — from diligence and structuring through negotiation and closing — acting for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

• Strong transactional experience in private equity and/or M&A
• Experience at a leading law firm or comparable practice
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to waive in)
