Private Equity Associate – Corporate (Frankfurt)

Leading international law firm is expanding its Frankfurt private equity team and seeks a qualified associate with transaction experience. The role covers the full spectrum of private equity work, including buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, fund structures, management incentive arrangements and related financing, tax and capital markets aspects.

The team advises national and international sponsors and corporates on complex, cross‑border transactions. The position offers early responsibility, structured training and mentorship from an experienced associate, with opportunities for development on high‑profile matters.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with practical experience in private equity and M&A transactions
• Proven track record on buy‑ and sell‑side deals, fund work or management participation structures
• Strong commercial drive, excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in German and English; ability to work on cross‑border matters
