Private Equity Associate — Corporate (Atlanta)

Top-tier corporate team in Atlanta is hiring an associate to work on private equity and M&A transactions. The role focuses on advising strategic buyers/sellers and financial sponsors on complex, high-profile deals across a fast-growing market.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, client-facing group and will take responsibility for transaction management, drafting and negotiation, legal research and client communication. The position offers hybrid working with regular in-office presence.

• 3–6 years of private equity / M&A transactional experience, preferably from a leading corporate law firm
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in Georgia
• Proven experience running or supporting complex M&A or PE transactions
• Excellent legal writing, oral communication, research and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaborate with deal teams
