Private Equity Attorney — Corporate (New York)

Seeking a 3rd–6th year corporate attorney with solid private equity and M&A experience to join a busy transactional team in New York. The role supports private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on buy‑ and sell‑side matters and related fund‑level work.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal workflows and serving as a business‑facing extension of client teams. Strong drafting, analytical, organizational and project‑management skills are essential.

• 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience in private equity/M&A transactions
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating purchase/merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other transactional documents
