Top-tier national law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year private equity attorney to join its US transactional practice. The role focuses on fund sponsor and portfolio company work across private equity and M&A matters, with responsibility for drafting, negotiating and managing deal documentation.

Successful candidates will work on a range of buyouts and corporate transactions as part of collaborative deal teams and will act as a client-facing advisor supporting commercial and strategic objectives.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in private equity and M&A transactional work
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents
Excellent drafting, writing, analytical and project-management skills; strong attention to detail
Prior large-firm experience and strong academic credentials
