Seeking a 3rd–6th year private equity attorney to join a national corporate transactions team. The role focuses on fund sponsor and portfolio company work, acting as a hands-on deal lawyer across buyouts, carve-outs and other private equity-driven transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and related ancillary documents, managing aspects of transactions, and partnering closely with client business teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3–6 years of post-qualification private equity and M&A/transactional experience
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, and LLC/LP agreements
Excellent drafting, writing, analytical and project-management skills
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to act as an extension of client business teams
Prior large-firm experience and strong academic credentials
