We are seeking a 3rd–6th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience to join a dynamic, team-oriented practice. The role involves working closely with private equity sponsors and portfolio company clients on a range of transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills, along with excellent organizational and project management abilities. You will play a lead role as an extension of client business teams, exercising sound business and strategic judgment in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary documents.

3–6 years of experience in private equity and M&A at a large law firm
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and ancillary transaction documents
Excellent academic credentials
Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
Good business and strategic judgment
