Our client's Investment Funds & Private Capital Group is seeking mid-senior level Private Funds Associates to join their growing team. Candidates should have meaningful experience in fund formation for investment in private equity, real estate, credit, and other illiquid asset classes. The role involves advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising, and related legal issues.

Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience are required. The position may be based in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, or San Francisco. Candidates must be admitted to practice and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
