A global Am Law 100 law firm seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its premier Restructuring practice. The role is available across multiple major US markets and offers a platform for meaningful responsibility in complex, high-stakes engagements.

The position involves representing secured lenders and other creditors in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters, with exposure to sophisticated bankruptcy proceedings and liability management work. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated practitioner with strong communication skills.

At least 10 years of law firm experience in restructuring and bankruptcy
Experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization and asset dispositions
Background in out-of-court workouts, foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions and assignments for the benefit of creditors
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a highly motivated approach
