Pro Bono Coordinator — Non‑Profit, Bogotá

Seeking an experienced legal professional to lead and coordinate a growing pro bono programme based in Bogotá. The role will oversee the firm's pro bono strategy, support and supervise casework, and manage volunteer initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with social organisations and vulnerable communities, supervising lawyers on pro bono matters, and developing outreach and impact activities that align with public interest priorities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2–4 years' legal experience, ideally with a focus on human rights, constitutional law or social work.
• Preferably some experience working in law firms or structured legal teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with vulnerable populations and public interest causes; strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
