A leading international law firm is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Products Professional Support Practitioner (PSP) to play a leading role in shaping the knowledge, training and innovation strategy of its market-leading Products practice, based in London. The practice is recognised as a Tier 1 team by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, comprising seven partners together with associates and special counsel across the US and Europe, focused on global strategic regulatory counselling, liability risk management and product liability defence for leading and innovative companies.

The role offers the opportunity to become a key player in the team's delivery of market-leading advice and to support its position as a thought leader in product compliance and liability. You will work closely with a collaborative, people-first culture that values inclusion, wellness and professional development.

Established Products Professional Support Lawyer at an international law firm, preferably 4+ PQE; candidates from international firms or in-house looking to transition into a PSP role will also be considered
Strong technical legal interest and ability, ideally in UK and EU product law, with meaningful prior products/regulatory experience
Demonstrable interest in legal technology, knowledge management and AI-enabled legal solutions, with the ability to identify efficiency and knowledge-sharing improvements
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and proactively take ownership of the London Products know-how function, with a desire to innovate
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including effective presentation skills
