An established national law firm is seeking professional liability attorneys for its Sacramento office, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. The role sits within a broader litigation practice and focuses on defending medical malpractice and professional liability matters, including complex healthcare facility cases with significant exposure.

The position is open to near entry-level attorneys with some litigation experience. You will work with a collaborative national team of litigators under the direction of an experienced trial attorney who represents clients nationwide, and you will receive training in defending complex, high-exposure matters.

Approximately 2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally in medical malpractice and professional liability
Licensed to practice in California
