A full-service, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice in its Phoenix office. The practice is supported by attorneys across multiple offices nationwide and represents professionals and organizations both through direct engagement and by retention through insurance carriers.

Represented clients include accountants, architects and engineers, attorneys, bankers, technology and media professionals, financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, public entities such as school districts and municipalities, property and real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers.

The ideal candidate brings strong research and writing skills and experience defending professional liability claims. Candidates with substantive litigation experience in any arena and a genuine interest in professional liability are encouraged to apply, as the firm is open to developing talented attorneys. This is a collaborative, growing practice with a hybrid work arrangement.

At least 2 to 15 years of litigation experience
Experience defending professional liability claims, including Directors & Officers, legal malpractice, errors & omissions, or architects & engineers matters, is preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the Arizona Bar required
Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law
