Senior knowledge-management role within a funds team at a leading international law firm’s Luxembourg office. You will support partners and fee-earners by developing and maintaining know-how, running training and internal briefings, and producing client-facing materials and precedents relating to investment funds.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting briefing memoranda and branded client updates, coordinating and delivering internal trainings, maintaining templates and checklists, assisting with pitch materials and conference documentation, and responding to lawyer enquiries on technical and procedural issues.

Master’s degree in law (or equivalent).
At least 5 years’ experience in the legal sector (law firm, in-house or consultancy); prior funds or investment management experience desirable.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages advantageous.
Strong drafting, research and communication skills; familiar with legal databases and MS Office.
Organised, proactive team player able to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests.
