Apply in confidence →Part-time (1–2 days/week) Professional Support Lawyer role supporting a market-leading Projects team focused on large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy work. This is a hands-on PSL role embedded in a nationally recognised projects practice that acts on complex, multi-sector matters.
You will design and deliver a comprehensive training programme for lawyers, paralegals and apprentices; curate and disseminate technical know‑how using knowledge‑management tools; and help develop digital and automated precedent solutions for project contracts. The role includes acting as a trusted technical adviser on legislative and practice developments.
The role offers collaboration with wider firm PSL and innovation teams, and is open to flexible working patterns.
- SRA‑registered lawyer.
- Approximately 6 years' post‑qualification experience advising on regulatory and commercial issues for large-scale projects (renewables experience preferred).
- Proven ability to design and deliver legal training and to coach/mentor fee-earners.
- Experience with knowledge management, precedent governance and using digital/automation tools for legal workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams; available for a part‑time role (1–2 days/week).
