An innovative legal analytics team is seeking a Project Attorney with 2–6 years of experience to support technology-enabled transactional work. This fully remote position is available to candidates across the United States.

Working within a multidisciplinary group of lawyers, technologists, statisticians, and process experts, you will help deliver efficient, accurate, and insight-driven solutions for both litigation and transactional matters. The team leverages advanced tools including machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics.

You will lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, and documentation, while handling due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for matters spanning mergers & acquisitions, emerging companies, energy, and infrastructure. Collaboration with deal team attorneys, clients, and vendors is central to the role.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
2–6 years of experience in project lead or supervisory roles, preferably with small and large teams
Significant eDiscovery experience, ideally including technology-assisted review (TAR) tools
Strong supervisory, team-building, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Proficiency with spreadsheet, office, litigation support, and document review software
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and writing skills
Some practice experience preferred
