Leading international practice seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate to join its Project Development & Construction team in Dubai. The role sits within a global energy, natural resources and infrastructure group advising on large‑scale project development across renewables, power, transport and other infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate EPC/construction agreements, revenue contracts (including PPAs and sector‑specific contracts), concessions and related commercial documentation, often in a project finance or project development context. The role involves advising sponsors, lenders, offtakers, governments and contractors, managing matter delivery, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years PQE (some flexibility for stronger candidates)
Solid experience of EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts (PPAs) and concessions in an energy/infrastructure context
Experience on greenfield project development and project finance matters; sponsor‑side experience preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; ability to supervise junior team members
Commercial mindset, business development aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
