Projects & Infrastructure Associate — Energy

A market-leading US Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid‑level to senior associates to support energy project work. The role suits candidates with 3–6 years of experience and a focus on tax equity, project finance and project development matters.

Work will include tax equity and project financings, and transactional project development issues such as construction/EPC agreements and offtake contracts. The team is collaborative and works across multiple U.S. offices; flexible U.S. office placement is available.

• 3–6 years of PQE in project finance, tax equity or related energy finance work
• Experience on project development matters (construction/EPC contracts, offtake agreements)
• Strong academic credentials and prior sophisticated law firm transactional experience
• Admission to practice in the U.S. (or ability to be licensed) and authorization to work in the U.S.
