Projects & Infrastructure Associate — Construction

Market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team seeks two mid‑level to senior associates with 3–6 years' transactional experience. The role focuses on sophisticated project work, including tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development matters (construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements).

Teams are highly collaborative and work across multiple U.S. offices; candidates may be placed in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California. The role is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and standard benefits.

• 3–6 years' transactional experience in projects, infrastructure or related finance
• Experience in tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements)
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable sophisticated law‑firm transaction experience
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage complex cross‑office matters
