Projects & Infrastructure Associate, Construction — Chicago

Market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is hiring two mid-level to senior associates to be based in Chicago. The role focuses on sophisticated, transaction‑driven work across project development, construction/EPC and project finance, including tax equity and offtake arrangements.

The team works collaboratively across U.S. offices and on cross‑jurisdictional matters. Successful candidates will join a high‑volume practice advising sponsors, lenders and investors on complex project and infrastructure transactions.

• 3–6 years’ transactional experience at a reputable law firm, with a focus on project finance, tax equity, or construction/EPC work
• Strong academic credentials and proven ability to manage complex, document‑heavy transactions
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and comfort working across multiple offices and cross‑border matters
