Join a large national real estate team in Perth handling major projects, capital transactions, developments and real estate financing. The role offers frequent collaboration across jurisdictions and the chance to work from project inception through to completion on high-value matters.

You will work closely with senior lawyers to draft and negotiate complex documentation, manage large transactions and deal directly with clients. The team acts for government bodies, institutional owners, developers, financiers and other industry participants on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, due diligence and related work.

The firm supports hybrid working, investment in technology (including use of AI tools) and a broad benefits program. Positions available include a 12-month fixed-term senior associate role and a permanent associate/lawyer role.

2–10 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law
Experience with capital transactions, developments and real estate financing
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and attention to detail
Client-focused, able to manage large matters and work autonomously and in teams
