We are seeking a corporate associate to join a busy public companies and capital markets practice in New York. This is a hands-on role advising a broad range of clients on securities and public company matters.

The work spans capital markets transactions and ongoing public company obligations, offering the chance to take real responsibility alongside experienced practitioners.

2–4 years of law firm experience in capital markets and public company work
Experience representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market offerings
Experience in public company reporting compliance and governance, including SEC compliance, disclosure matters, and exchange compliance
Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
