The position involves structuring and documenting debt financings, participating on deal teams in high-profile transactions, and working on municipal bond workouts and restructurings. The role provides frequent client contact and opportunities to develop sophisticated transactional experience with banks, underwriters, rating agencies, and other market participants.

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Licensed to practice in Maryland or eligible for admission by reciprocity
Transactional experience in public finance, finance, or commercial real estate; prior public finance experience preferred but not required
Strong drafting, analytical, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines
