3–6 years of relevant transactional experience
Substantial M&A experience, with a focus on public company transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
Experience with related securities laws
Tech and/or life sciences industry experience is a plus
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain prompt admission, and deal sheet required
