Real Estate Associate — Baltimore

Growing commercial real estate team in the Baltimore office seeks an associate with 2–3 years of transactional experience. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing matters for a range of clients and workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice handling market-facing real estate transactions, working closely with partners and other associates on contract negotiation, due diligence and closings. Opportunity to develop transactional skills in a busy, regional practice.

• 2–3 years' transactional commercial real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing)
• Licensed to practice in Maryland
• Strong academic record, written and oral communication skills
• Comfort with due diligence, contract drafting and closing processes
