An established Real Estate team in Bristol is seeking an Associate with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its commercial property practice. The role offers broad transactional exposure across investment, development and asset management matters, including work in newer real estate sectors such as student accommodation, hotels/leisure and build-to-rent.

You will work on significant, high-value deals for institutional and corporate property clients, collaborating with senior lawyers across the team. The firm commits to ongoing training and development and operates a flexible, hybrid working policy.

1-5 years’ PQE in a recognised real estate team at a major or mid‑sized firm.
