Real Estate Attorney — West Palm Beach

Growing real estate team in West Palm Beach is recruiting an attorney to handle a broad range of real estate matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leases and financing work.

The successful candidate will work on cross-disciplinary matters with other practice groups and support business development for the office. The group offers mentoring, substantive responsibility and the resources of a large national firm.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed or able to be licensed in the relevant jurisdiction
• Prior experience on real estate transactions, leases, and/or financings
• Strong drafting, negotiation and due-diligence skills
• Ability to manage matters, communicate with clients and collaborate with colleagues
