Growing Real Estate practice in Dallas seeks an Associate with 4–6 years' experience to support a broad commercial real estate docket. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, borrower financing, leasing, development, joint ventures and renewable energy transactions across single-asset and portfolio matters.

Successful candidates will handle transactions from inception through closing, including title, survey and customary due diligence, and will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for substantive client work and professional growth.

Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to waive into the Texas Bar is required.

4–6 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower financing (single-asset and portfolio transactions)
Transaction experience in leasing, development, joint ventures and renewable energy matters
Proven experience with title, survey and customary due diligence
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills; ability to manage high-volume, team-based work
Admission to the Texas State Bar or ability to waive into the Texas Bar
