Real Estate Associate — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major law firm's Los Angeles real estate group. The team handles sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing.

Successful candidates will join a structured mentoring and professional development program, be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus, and operate in a hybrid working model with core in-office days Monday–Thursday and specified remote periods.

• 3–4 years' commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund work, leasing)
• Proven academic achievement and prior law firm experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal management skills
