Real Estate Associate — Los Angeles

Experienced real estate associates are sought to join a busy Los Angeles real estate team at a major national firm. The group handles a full range of commercial real estate matters for institutional and private clients.

Ideal candidates will have transactional experience in one or more of the following: mortgage and mezzanine lending (lender or borrower side), joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and development. Candidates who bring strong transactional skills from adjacent practice areas will also be considered.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar admission or eligibility
• Mid- to senior-level transactional real estate experience (exact PQE flexible)
• Experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, development
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively on complex transactions
