A prominent and growing Real Estate practice is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join its Los Angeles team. The group handles a broad mix of sophisticated transactional real estate work.

The role involves significant responsibility across several core areas, including mortgage and mezzanine debt financing on both lender and borrower sides, joint-venture equity arrangements, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

The team places a strong emphasis on professional growth, mentorship, and a collegial working culture. Candidates with strong non-real estate transactional backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into the practice will also be considered.

Mid-level to senior transactional associate experience
Solid experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development
Strong non-real estate transactional candidates will also be considered
Excellent academic credentials and drafting and negotiation skills
Collaborative, growth-oriented approach
