A leading international law firm is seeking a midlevel to senior real estate associate to join its Real Estate practice group. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters at the local, national, and global level. This position is open to multiple offices across the United States, including locations in Arizona, California, and Washington.

The practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across a wide variety of property types and industry sectors. It also includes an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions serving hyperscalers, institutional capital, and infrastructure developers.

The successful candidate will draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents, interface directly with clients and counterparties, and mentor and train junior associates. The firm values strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and a client-obsessed approach that focuses on outcomes rather than tasks. In-office collaboration and the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties are essential.

Four to six years of relevant transactional real estate experience
Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
Experience interfacing directly with clients and counterparties
Ability to mentor and train junior associates

Familiarity with AI tools such as large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration is preferred
