Leading international firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level real estate associate to join its U.S. real estate practice. The role supports a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development and construction matters.

Teams are staffed across multiple U.S. offices, with current hiring focused on attorneys with significant experience in portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds, and equity joint venture structuring. The group advises on matters across principal asset types (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land).

3–6 years of law firm real estate experience (acquisitions/dispositions, financings, construction, and joint ventures)
Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs, real estate funds, and equity joint‑venture structuring
Familiarity with transactions across major asset classes (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, land)
Strong written and oral communication, teamwork, and client service skills
Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York bar or eligibility to waive in
