A growing real estate practice in Minneapolis is seeking a highly motivated associate with two to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience. The group advises developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and lenders across the full lifecycle of commercial property transactions.

The role involves hands-on work in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and dispositions of commercial real estate. The team values a collaborative culture and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to client service.

The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute wherever needed and comfortable handling a varied, fast-paced transactional workload alongside experienced colleagues.

Two to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Experience representing developers, owners, managers, institutional or private investors, and/or lenders in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale matters
Strong writing and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the Minnesota Bar
