Real Estate Associate — Philadelphia

Growing real estate practice seeks a transactional associate to join its Philadelphia office. The role offers substantive work across acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and real estate financings, with opportunities to manage deals and coordinate small teams.

The group handles sophisticated, market-facing real estate matters for institutional and private clients. This is a hands-on position suited to a candidate who wants visible responsibility and professional growth within a collaborative team.

• 6+ years of transactional real estate experience (deal management and team coordination preferred)
• Active Pennsylvania bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting/communication skills
• Experience representing borrowers and lenders in real estate financings and handling acquisitions/dispositions/leasing or development matters
