Work will be transaction-focused and may include acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financings, joint ventures and leasing. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers exposure to large, complex deals and cross-office collaboration.
- 3–4 years' U.S. law firm real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings; joint venture experience a plus
- U.S. law degree and active bar admission
- Strong drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to manage high transaction volumes
