Real Estate Associate, Chicago

Mid-level associate role supporting a high-volume commercial real estate practice in Chicago. The team represents institutional equity investors, private equity real estate funds and lender/borrower-side clients across the investment lifecycle and complex financing transactions.

Successful candidates will handle acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings and will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role offers a collaborative platform, professional development and a competitive bonus/benefits package.

• 3–4 years' post-qualification experience (JD class 2022–2023)
• Substantial experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings
• Commercial real estate transactional background; experience across multiple CRE areas
