Real Estate Associate — Richmond

Well-established law firm seeking a partnership-track Real Estate associate to join its Richmond office. The role focuses on transactional real estate work including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity transactions, large-scale development, and joint venture structures.

Successful candidates will have solid commercial real estate experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on deal teams. Virginia bar membership is preferred and must be obtained within one year of start date.

• At least 2 years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions/dispositions, debt or equity transactions, development, and/or joint ventures)
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
• Proven teamwork and client-service orientation on deal teams
• Virginia bar membership preferred; required within one year of joining
