Real Estate Associate — Richmond

A real estate practice group is seeking a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its growing team in the Richmond office. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters within a collaborative and dynamic practice.

The role involves handling debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, and/or joint venture structures. The successful candidate will be a true team player with strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.

• At least two years of real estate experience
• Experience with debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, and/or joint venture structures preferred
• Strong academic record
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Virginia bar membership preferred; required within one year of joining
