Growth-stage, partnership-track associate role in a well-established U.S. real estate practice seeking a candidate to support a broad range of commercial real estate matters from the firm's Richmond office.

The role involves representing lenders, owners and developers on debt and equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, large-scale development projects, and joint ventures. The team values strong drafting and analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple matters, and collaborative work within deal teams.

Virginia bar membership is preferred; candidates must be admitted to the Virginia bar within one year of joining. The position is full-time and on a partnership track.

Minimum 2 years' real estate transactional experience.
Experience with debt or equity transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, development, and/or joint venture structures.
Strong academic background, excellent writing and analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively on deal teams.
Virginia bar preferred; required within one year of hire.
