Growing real estate team seeks a 3–5 year associate to support general commercial real estate matters in the Washington, DC office. Work will focus on purchase & sale, joint venture and financing transactions for institutional and private clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting legal research, managing closings and transaction workflows, and coordinating with internal teams and external parties. The role offers exposure to high‑level transactions and client interaction.

This is a hybrid role with regular in‑office presence. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and have prior experience in a large or mid‑sized law firm.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the District of Columbia bar
3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with purchase & sale, joint venture and financing transactions
Prior experience at a large or mid‑sized law firm and strong academic credentials
Excellent drafting, research, and client‑facing skills; ability to manage competing priorities
