Real Estate Associate — Wilmington, DE

Experienced real estate associate role in a Wilmington office of a national law firm. The position focuses on commercial real estate transactions across the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, construction, leasing, title work, and dispositions.

The team advises owners, developers and institutional investors on sophisticated transactional matters across multiple asset classes. The role offers exposure to complex deals and the opportunity to contribute to a growing practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; must be admitted to practice in Delaware.
• 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (purchase/sale, leasing, financing, closings, title review, due diligence).
• Experience with joint ventures, development documentation, and construction/lease matters preferred.
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Experience with diverse asset classes (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, self‑storage, renewables) and private equity real estate matters is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer will not sponsor for this role.
