An established law firm is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join its growing real estate group in Washington, D.C. The firm is open to candidates at the senior associate or junior partner level.

The role involves representing developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar.

Experience representing developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management, and sales of real estate
Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions preferred
Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar
